I wanted to talk to about how you can prevent sweaty palms from occurring. For most of us, we don’t shake many hands on our day to day lives, so fixing such a problem isn’t that big of a deal. For those of you heading to a job interview or someone that works in the business world, shaking hands will make or break you. When your hands are wet, the other person will come to a few conclusions about you. They’ll think you’re nervous and unconfident. These two things can make and break you in the business world, so addressing them is exceptionally important. I’m going to show you how to prevent sweaty palms. Heat is your enemy when it comes to sweating. When you’re nervous, your nervous system will start firing at a fast pace. The same thing can occur when you’re not even nervous. Your metabolism is also bad like this because it will heat up your body and cause your heart to beat much faster than usual. The key to solving this problem is to slow the body. The slower it goes, the cooler your body temperature goes and the easier it is for you to deal with it. If you want to prevent sweaty palms the first thing you can do is stop taking in caffeine. I know everyone likes their morning fix, but some people have a much strong reaction to it. If you have a coffee before you go into a job interview or business meeting, your body is going to be much hotter. Slowing down your metabolism is important too. If you start to take dietary fat supplements, like fish oil, you can slow down your metabolism and your body.
