I read that you can a get a Botox shot to help reduce the sweating. I don't know if you would do that, I am not going to. I just trying wipe my hands on pants before I shake people's hands. That's what I found out was wrong with me because I would have really bad eating habits, and when I would get hungry my blood sugar would drop really low causing me to have clammy hands and also very dizzy and nausea's. But this is just an idea. It also depends on other things that are going wrong with him and at what moments. My hands would sweat soooo bad all the time and there was nothing I could do to fix it. I finally saw a show on 20/20 about a kid who had the same problem and he got it fixed with surgery. In Sept 03 I had a sympathectomy where they go under your armpits on each side and clip part of your sympathetic nerve. I have not had sweaty palms since. It'll fix sweaty armpits too! If you want to know more, E-mail me and I'll hook you up with the name of the Doctor that did mine. It's considered a medically necessary surgery and insurance (especially military) will pay for it!
